In 1994 the Hotzone Snowboard Shop in Gerlos was founded by snowboard enthusiasts Christoph and Philliph Huber. Customer satisfaction is: product, service, and attendance. Because of this we have created special work arrangements that allow each employee to spend at least a few hours on the mountain daily so they get to continuously test and get more familiar with the equipment.
